Melissa Pratt - Managing Real Estate Broker
Melissa Pratt embarked on her journey in the real estate industry in September 2011 as a licensed agent in Florida and subsequently became the managing broker of Pratt Real Estate Group. Currently, she serves as the Director of the Real Estate Campus of Florida (RECOF), where she is dedicated to offering accredited courses for both aspiring agents and those continuing their professional education.
In addition to her professional roles, Melissa is the founder of the American Dream Housing Foundation (ADHF), an organization committed to giving back to the communities she serves. ADHF provides valuable educational resources and financial literacy support to low- to moderate-income families, empowering them in their home-buying journey. We are proud to share that ADHF will soon achieve recognition as a HUD-certified agency.
